Before we tour a single property, I want to speak with you directly and learn about your search criteria, timeline, financing, commute, schools, lifestyle, floor plan preferences, deal breakers, must-haves, resale priorities, and the trade-offs you're actually willing to make.

From that conversation I build a precise search criteria and provide you with a list of hand-picked properties. We refine the criteria and your preference as we tour the properties. It's an iterative process and you end up visiting fewer homes, but the right ones.
